The space

Our private home is located on a quiet street in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago. You will have access to the entire property including all three levels of living space, outdoor private patio and a 2 car garage. There are three upstairs bedrooms and one bedroom located in the basement. Memory foam mattresses and sound machines provided in each room for a restful night's sleep. There are four full bathrooms (every level has a bathroom). Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill to host dinner parties. Our dining table seats 6 and we have additional seating in the basement and kitchen. We have also provided a list of nearby restaurants to try if cooking isn't your thing. Smart TV on each level with youtube TV and Netflix. High speed fiber internet throughout. Have a blast in our huge basement game room including foosball table, NBA Jam and Mortal Kombat arcade games. A selection of board games are provided for a fun night in. Poker table topper and chips are available to use.

Guest access

We have a two car garage available for your use. Free street parking is also available nearby. August smart locks on each door so you don't have to keep track of keys during your stay. The house is a 6 minute walk to the blue line train stop and walkable to many shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Other things to note

We have a strict no house party policy and require that only registered guests are allowed on the property. There are security cameras at each entrance outside and Minut noise sensors to deter parties per City of Chicago regulations. Rest assured there are no audio or video recording devices in the house. Many of our neighbors have young kids so we ask that you maintain outdoor quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. We want you to have fun during your stay, but please abide by City of Chicago regulations and our house rules. Any booking found in violation will be removed without refund.

Pets are allowed if approved by host. Please message and provide information about your pet so we can prepare for your stay. We just ask that all pets are housebroken. Food bowls and toys available upon request.

For families traveling with children, we have an assortment of toys, books, and board games for all ages as well as kid friendly dinnerware. We have a high chair and travel crib with sheet available for your use. Please leave all used toys, books, and equipment out so our cleaner knows to disinfect them for the next guests.
